The Homeowners Association Board is entrusted with the government of Sheridan South. It is the duty of the board to organize necessary meetings, and enforce existing covenants and By-laws. They arrange for maintenance and repairs needed in the common areas and entrances. Because your communication and suggestions are important, we have setup a special homeowners hotline where you can reach us. The number is 918-496-2735. If you leave a message, your call will be returned within 72 hours. This is a great place for you to report neighborhood issues. If there is a medical or criminal emergency call 911 immediately, we cannot handle emergency situations on the neighborhood hotline.
